MULTI-LEVEL PRESSURE COOKING

            Prepare Two Foods in One

With the help of an insert, Fissler pressure cookers with a minimum size of 6.3 quart can also be used for
"multi-level cooking". When cooking on several levels, all ingredients are cooked simultaneously in the same
pressure cooker. In this way, wholesome, healthy meals are created in just one pot and using just one
stovetop in the shortest possible time. All ingredients with the same or similar cooking time can be
combined; meat with the corresponding vegetable garnish is best suited.

Here's how it works:

                1. Fill with water
Fill the pot with a minimum amount of water (see "Min" mark).

                2. Add food to be cooked

Place the food in the perforated insert. Place the tripod in the pressure cooker and place the insert
                  on it.

                3. Set cooking stage

Set the cooking crown to "Steam cooking" and heat the pot for the regular duration.

                4. No steaming off necessary

Since this method does not build up pressure, the cooking crown does not lift and the pot can be
opened at any time without prior steaming.

                Tip

At the end of the cooking time, remove the hot insert from the pot using a fork
