Here's how it works:

Steaming - Step 1

1. Fill with water

Fill the pot with a minimum amount of water (see "Min" mark).

Steaming - Step 2

2. Add food to be cooked

Place the food in the perforated insert. Place the tripod in the pressure cooker and place the insert on it.

Steaming - Step 3

3. Set cooking stage

Set the cooking crown to "Steam cooking" and heat the pot for the regular duration.

Steaming - Step 4

4. No steaming off necessary

Since this method does not build up pressure, the cooking crown does not lift and the pot can be opened at any time without prior steaming.

Tip

At the end of the cooking time, remove the hot insert from the pot using a fork
