Here's how it works:

Cleaning - Step 1

1. Pre Cleaning

Remove the sealing ring, cooking crown, and lid style. Clean by hand with a damp cloth

Cleaning - Step 2

2. Loosen fastening screw

To loosen the lid stem, turn the fastening screw on the inside counterclockwise. To loosen the cooking crown, turn the bell nut on the inside counterclockwise.

Cleaning - Step 3

3. Dishwasher safe

The body of the pot and the lid (without the above attachments) are dishwasher safe.

Cleaning - Step 4

4. Attachment Parts

After cleaning, firmly reattach all attachments to the pot. Make sure that the cooking valve seal is tight against the cooking crown all around and that the seal is seated in the notch provided. The sealing ring must also be reinserted in the notch provided.

5. Parts

Important: Wear parts (e.g. sealing ring) must be replaced after 400 boiling processes or 2 years. You can find replacement parts here.
