The particularly scratch-resistant and water-based Adamant® coating with a very good non-stick effect is suitable for crispy searing of meat, roasting of vegetables and gentle frying of delicate foods that stick easily. The Fissler Comfort pan body with extra-high rim and large frying surface is ideal for comfortable, spill-free stirring and turning. The pan's coating makes washing up child's play. Sustainably manufactured from up to 60% recycled aluminium in Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, the Fissler Adamant® collection is a versatile all-rounder for everyday kitchen use.
