The particularly scratch-resistant and water-based Adamant® coating with a very good non-stick effect is suitable for crispy searing of meat, roasting of vegetables and gentle frying of delicate foods that stick easily. The Fissler Classic pan body with its rounded shape is ideal for comfortable sautéing and spill-free swirling. The pan's coating makes washing up child's play. Sustainably manufactured from up to 60% recycled aluminium in Hoppstädten-Weiersbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, the Fissler Adamant® collection is a versatile all-rounder for everyday kitchen use.
