    My mother-in-law had a Fissler pressure cooker for over 40 years and absolutely loved it. When the handle finally broke, we reached out to customer service. Libby was by far the most helpful and patient representative I’ve ever dealt with. She went above and beyond, helping us try to find replacement parts, even though the model had changed slightly over the years and, unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed. Libby then helped us find the closest current model, and we ended up purchasing a new one. The quality of the new pressure cooker is just as fantastic as the original. It’s rare these days to find both excellent products and outstanding customer service, but Fissler delivers on both. Highly recommend!
